Introducing Remix Tape Ballons, a new 7% NEIPA hopped with Mosaic, Citra, Galaxy, and Simcoe. This series is a rework of our Mixtape line, featuring a new malt base, new yeast, and a 25% increase in hops — though the same varieties are used.
On the nose, you'll get ripe exotic fruit aromas and resinous hop notes. The body is round and smooth.
On the palate, it opens with a burst of tropical fruit flavors brought by the hops: passion fruit, mango, and lychee stand out in particular.
The finish delivers citrus zest and a pleasantly low bitterness to round out the sip.
