Collaboration with Brasserie Ayawan and Brasserie Auval. Hopped Ale with El Dorado, Cascade & Rakau hops

Here's a new version of SENS, a hopped Ale from a very pleasant and enriching collaborative project with our friends from Brasserie Auval Brewing co. and Brasserie Ayawan.

This time, we have the opportunity to showcase El Dorado, Cascade and Rakau hops. We brewed this beer entirely from Quebec grains and hops.

Sens is a hopped Ale in the sense that we chose a broad and non-constraining expression for this beer.

You can however find some similarities with our IPAs. This collaborative project aims to be both an experimentation and something that will endure over time.
