Lion de Mer is a New England IPA brewed in collaboration with Brewskey and Freestyle Hops.
We incorporated a large amount of oats and New Zealand hops: Southern Cross, Waimea, Motueka (T90 and SubZero Hop Kief), and Nelson Sauvin (T90 and SubZero Hop Kief).
The result is a beer with a particularly silky and rich body, developing strong aromas of grapefruit and guava.
