Fumoir is a collaboration with our friends at Herman Brasserie Artisanale and is our very first Rauchbier, a style of smoked lager originating from Germany.
Brewed with beechwood-smoked malt, it’s known for its rather dark color, smoky aromas, and roasted notes reminiscent of barbecue.
