Karepe
Karepe is a thiolized Double New England IPA in which we have incorporated New Zealand hops Motueka, Waimea, and Rakau from Freestyle Hops, along with their thiol-enriched products: Mega Terps and Mega Motueka.
Mega Motueka is made from Phantasm and batches of Motueka that have high concentrations of thiol precursors.
The result is a beer with a particularly rich body and fruity aromas of lime, apricot, and also Sauvignon Blanc.
