Nordiq Verre de Rouge

McIntosh apples were macerated for a few hours to extract color and aroma, while Cortland apples were cryoconcentrated through cold processing.

The two apple musts were then blended to co-ferment with Frontenac Noir juice.

Carbonated before canning.

Composition: 75% macerated McIntosh, 5% cryoconcentrated Cortland, 20% Frontenac Noir.
