Introducing Kaldi, an imperial stout brewed with Ethiopian coffee from Cantook Micro Roastery, made in collaboration with our good friends at Nano Cinco!

This is a richly textured, slightly sweet imperial stout. Cold-conditioning with Buncho coffee—sourced from the Daye Bensa farm and roasted by Cantook—brings out fruity notes reminiscent of pear and cherry.
