Here is our latest collaboration with people we respect immensely: the wonderful team at Cidres Fleuri.
This is a blend of our Mujo (hopped rice saison) and Dolgo crabapples.
The result is quite unusual: a dry, slightly wild beer with a crisp acidity and soft tannins.
