Saison au Cassis

This emblematic Saison from Île d'Orléans has a beautiful purplish red color, crowned with a delicate pink foam.

Easy to drink, with its aromas of fresh black fruits on a background of Belgian yeast, it revisits summer with subtlety.

On the palate, we find a generous blackcurrant, with slightly tannic and acidic notes, and a nice effervescence.

The finish, rather short and fresh, combines the light bitterness typical of the Saisons with a note of dried berries.
