For this collaboration, we included Zumo and Anchovy hops, and also added D5-055, a brand-new cultivar developed by Segal Ranch.
In fact, we’re the first brewery in Canada to use this cultivar, which stands out for its very fruity aroma profile reminiscent of tropical fruits.
