Quadrupel 4e Anniversaire

Created to celebrate our 4th anniversary in September 2021, this beautiful brown ale is a classic Belgian recipe with a light cereal and caramel taste.

It surprised many by its higher alcohol content which is not felt in the mouth, but whose roundness is most comforting in the fall season.

Perfect to accompany good meat stews or moose steaks.
