Alea - Juliette Écarlate

We present to you our latest creation: a blend of wheat beers aged in neutral oak barrels, in which a generous amount of Juliet cherries from the Tougas Orchard in Dunham has macerated.

With a vibrant red color, this beer is a fruity explosion where the measured acidity harmonizes with the silky tannins from the cherries. The fine, festive bubbles make it the perfect companion to toast to love, friendship... or simply to the pleasure of a good glass.
