Köbes

The nose of the kölsch style beer brings notes of fresh cereals and fruity esters (apple and pear), coming from the yeast traditionally used for this style originating from Cologne.

The body of the beer is thin, well carbonated.

On the palate, the cereals are more present, bringing notes of fresh bread, then the fruity side of the yeast esters and European hops (lemon aromas, slightly herbaceous) finish the sip.

The finish is dry, with a pleasant and persistent bitterness.
